Eating disorders and body image concerns often stem from complex emotional struggles, leading to unhealthy relationships with food and self-perception. We offer a compassionate, holistic approach to treatment, combining therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and body image work to help clients challenge negative thoughts, develop healthier eating habits, and cultivate a more positive relationship with their bodies. Together, we work to address the root causes of the disorder and build sustainable, lasting change.
Depression and anxiety can deeply affect a person's emotional and physical well-being, often causing feelings of hopelessness, worry, and overwhelming stress. We offer a compassionate, individualized approach, utilizing evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies to help clients manage their symptoms, reframe negative thought patterns, and build healthier coping skills.
Trauma and PTSD can leave individuals feeling stuck in a cycle of distressing memories, hypervigilance, and emotional numbness. We provide a safe and supportive space for clients to process their experiences using trauma-informed therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trauma-focused CBT. Through these approaches, clients can work through their trauma at their own pace, regain a sense of control, and move towards healing and recovery.
Chronic pain can be highly influenced by the brain and nervous system, especially when pain persists after the body has healed. Using a neuroplastic approach, we explore the emotional and relational roots of pain and support the nervous system in rewiring for safety, relief, and greater well-being.
